"The Marine Corps of the Ukrainian Naval Forces has been replenished with over 100 fellow soldiers. The personnel of one of the Marine Corps units have successfully overcome the obstacle course, sworn the oath of marine, and received their black berets - a symbol of being part of an elite naval unit," the report notes.
