The meeting of Foreign Ministers of the so-called Normandy Four – Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia – started in Minsk.

As reported by Censor.NET, member of the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group to settle the situation in the Donbas, Ukrainian MP Iryna Herashchenko wrote on Facebook.

"The meeting of the Normandy Four foreign ministers has just started. The participants are entering the meeting room, " she wrote.
