Court rules on detention of suspect Yanukovych, - Lutsenko. DOCUMENT (in Ukrainian)

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko has published the ruling of Kyiv's Pechersk district court on the arrest of suspect Viktor F. Yanukovych.

"On Dec. 14, 2016, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv, having considered in a closed session a request by prosecutor of the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office H. Kravchenko for permission to apprehend suspect V.F. Yanukovych with a view to taking him to the hearing of a motion on pre-trial restraint in the form of custody, has upheld the request and sanctioned the arrest of suspect V.F. Yanukovych," Lutsenko wrote.
