Ukraine's capital has seen National Dignity March held in downtown on Feb. 22, 2017.
Censor.NET's correspondent reports. The March was organized by the following political forces: Svoboda, Right Sector, and National Corps. Several thousand people walked from Nebesnoi Sotni Alley to the Verkhovna Rada building. They were headed by Svoboda leader Oleh Tiahnybok, Right Sector head Andrii Stempytskyi, and National Corps leader and MP Andrii Biletskyi.
At Instytutska and Bankova Streets the activists showed a performance: gifted President Poroshenko with a "ticket" to Russia's Lipetsk, where his factory still operates despite the war between the countries, and a meter-long decoy of a candy.
The participants of the March demanded to stop nationalization of strategic enterprises, sales of lands, and increase of utility rates. They also called to stop diplomatic relations with Russia and create a mechanism of impeachment of a president.
