"Today in Kyiv, SBU and police officers detained another defendant in the case. His role in the crime ring was to hire teams for tankers acquired by Kurchenko," Sarhan wrote.
She added the man subsequently coordinated activities of Lahuna-Reni company, sea agents and tanker captains. The company was conducting bogus transloading of oil products through the sea port of Reni.
