Odesa Oil Refinery nationalized, - Prosecutor General Lutsenko

A court ruled to transfer Odesa Oil Refinery Plant into state ownership, represented by the Cabinet of Ministers.
This was announced by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko on Facebook, Censor.NET reports."Within cooperation with the investigation, Odesa district court ruled to confiscate the property of Odesa Oil Refinery Plant as a crime instrument of criminal organization of Kurchenko," Lutsenko wrote and added that the plant has been transferred into state ownership, represented by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Lutsenko wrote he hoped for fast and transparent privatization auction for the plant.
Odesa Oil Refinery has been halted since 2014. Over the halt in operations, the company's debt for utility services has increased. Two former top managers of the plant have been put on wanted list. These people might be hiding in the Russian Federation, prosecution says.
