As reported earlier today, some MPs, among them members of Samopomich and Petro Poroshenko Bloc (PPB) faction, and independent, have blocked the rostrum and are demanding consideration of lifting immunity in general and of Opposition Bloc MP Mykhailo Dobkin in particular.
Oleh Liahsko (center) and his faction members tried to reach the microphone, which resulted in a fight.
