Personnel of self-defense units in the Donetsk region of Ukraine underwent military training.

Censor.NET reports citing the Defense Ministry press service.

The exercise was organized by Donetsk regional military recruiting office and held at a shooting range in Mariupol. It involved enlisted persons from defense units of Mariupol, Kalmius, Volnovalha, and Velykonovosilky district recruiting offices.

The fighters together with instructors learned some basics of tactical, medical, and topography training, peculiarities of fighting within cities, evacuation of wounded, and surviving at the battlefield tactics. They also trained to shoot Makarov gun and Kalashnikov machine gun.
