To Ukraine friends in NATO

Author:

Ukrainian society is currently divided by its attitude to NATO's political and military campaign against the Russian threat.

The leadership of Ukraine assures that the statements about the threat of Russian invasion from the West seem to harm our economy and create panic in society, investors are fleeing because of this. Our government is making claims that the United States, Great Britain and others are provocateurs, and the deployment of Russian troops is not a threat that should be actively responded to.

But this is not the opinion of the majority of Ukrainian society.

And it hurts many Ukrainians to see allegations of provocations and "domestic political grounds" against NATO during this unprecedented diplomatic battle with the Russian threat.

We understand that the political campaign in NATO countries is not a competition of psychics to predict the exact date of the offensive. This is an attempt to reject the sword of Damocles, with which Putin has been blackmailing Ukraine for 8 years.

We understand that every day Russian troops on Ukrainian soil try to kill Ukrainian citizens. That is why Russia is the only provocateur in this war, the main risk for investors, the main source of panic for society.

We understand that our friends in NATO are trying to create a united political anti-Putin front, a solitary position. Our NATO allies are pushing Europeans to decide, to provide material support to Ukraine, and that is why we need to talk about the threat from Russia as loudly as possible.

We understand that the United States, Britain, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and the Czech Republic are giving us weapons to strengthen our security and make Russia think that the supply of new weapons from NATO will be even greater during the war and the Ukrainian army. will inflict heavy losses on the Russians. Weapons are the best and most powerful support for Ukraine, and they are unprecedented in aid.

With time, we will make Ukraine a powerful state that will also come to the aid of its friends without hesitation. Not everyone in the world may hear our voice, but even if one sees it, it is important for us to say: We are grateful. We understand.
