Yermak can prove his "honesty and integrity" on front line, where he himself sent other honest and decent people

Yermak goes to the front

Andrii Yermak stated that he is "an honest and decent person" and intends to "go to the front."

Of course, many military personnel have already stated that they are ready to take him in. This is because the army is severely lacking in funds for everything – drones, ammunition, vehicles – and Yermak has many friends who have become billionaires in recent years, connections at "Energoatom", state banks, defence contracts, the crypto business, and the gambling business, so he can easily support many military units.

But since Yermak said that he is an "honest and decent person," he obviously decided to go to the front to take up the very positions to which he himself had sent other honest and decent people.

The first accusation of corruption under Yermak was made by Dmytro Shtanko, who released a video of conversations about the distribution of positions with Yermak's brother. In the summer of 2022, Shtanko was mobilised and, accompanied by military counterintelligence officers, was sent to undergo basic military training at the "Desna" training centre. After that, two counterintelligence officers accompanied Dmytro to his place of service — the hottest spot on the front line at that time — the 2nd Motorised Infantry Battalion of the 93rd Mechanised Brigade in Bakhmut. The battalion defended buildings on Patrice Lumumba Street on the outskirts of Bakhmut — several five-storey buildings that the enemy tried to capture almost daily, and it was here that the fiercest battles took place. Shtanko was sent there under escort as a simple infantry soldier. Obviously, the escort was assigned on someone's orders.

But without any coercion, Dmytro Shtanko proved himself on the front line to be a truly honest and decent person. He came under fire and his machine gun was destroyed by a nearby shell hit. Dmytro was concussed but refused to be evacuated and remained to fight.

And on 4 October 2022, Dmytro Shtanko died like a true hero while counterattacking to recapture a position seized by the enemy.

A week before his death,  Shtanko wrote on Facebook:

"It's disgusting to watch PR masters who hang other people's awards on themselves, while not forgetting to build politics and multiply their wealth at the expense of the lives and health of real Ukrainian soldiers."

To avoid such reproaches, it is easy to prove your "honesty and integrity" on the front line if you take the same position that Andrii Yermak had sent Dmytro Shtanko to.
