DOT of Ministry of Defense fines number of suppliers of products for Armed Forces for UAH 6 million In the first quarter of 2025, the Defense Ministry's procurement agency, DOT (State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition), imposed fines on certain food suppliers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine totaling more than UAH 6 million.
