Verkhovna Rada Ratifies EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. VIDEO
The Verkhovna Rada has just ratified the text of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
According to Censor.NET, 355 out of 381 MPs have voted for the ratification of the document. 26 MPs have abstained from voting.
After the voting, President Poroshenko was openly expressing his satisfaction in standing ovation.

Earlier Poroshenko said that the Association Agreement would be ratified in its full version.
"No point, no comma, no word of the Association Agreement, agreed, initialed and signed by me on June 27, will not be changed. Agreement and implementation starts from the first minute after the ratification," he said.
The President also added that after the ratification the political part of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union will come into force on November 1, 2014
