As Yaroslav Yanushevych, the head of the Kherson RMA, notes, the voltage in the power grid has disappeared in Kherson.

"This happened due to the heavy shelling of the city by the Russian invaders. "Khersonoblenergo" is already working on eliminating the problem," the message reads.
