He noted: "There are new sanctions imposed by the National Security and Defense Council. More than 400 people and companies. Most of them are Russian. These are the military-industrial complex of the terrorist state. But these are also Iranian and Syrian individuals, those who help terror.
We carefully consider each of our sanctions steps. Ukrainian sanctions are part of the global pressure on Russia. Anyone who produces weapons for terror against Ukraine, who helps Russia to incite aggression, in particular by supplying Shakhtys, who supports Russia's destruction of international law, can only be marginalized by the world.
There is only one actor that destroys lives: Russia. There is only one way to protect lives: we must expel the Russian army from Ukrainian soil. And we will do it.
Glory to all our soldiers who are now in battle! Glory to each and every one who helps! Thank you to everyone who trains our soldiers, who treats them for their wounds, who volunteers and who supports the morale of Ukrainians!"
