An administrative building burns in Moscow. VIDEO

A large-scale fire broke out in an administrative building in Moscow’s Tsaritsyno district. According to Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, a two-storey building caught fire.

According to Censor.NET, residents of the area say that five fire trucks and three more ambulances arrived at the scene. Some locals said they heard the sounds of explosions.
