Alarm sirens are sounding in Belgorod, Russia, and at a meeting with the governor, the head of the border town of Grayvoron reported "disturbing news" from a military unit.

According to Censor.NET, a video showing the sound of sirens in the regional centre and a fragment of the meeting of officials was published on social media.
