In the town of Hola Prystan, on the left bank of the Kherson region, the water level has risen significantly after the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station dam. Some areas are completely flooded.
According to Censor.NET, local residents are filming a video of the flooded city.
The coastal areas are under water, and flooding is also observed on Beregova, Sanatorna, Lugova and Mykolaivska streets. People say that the speed at which the water is coming has started to decrease, but the level will continue to rise.
Russian military vehicles are moving around the city, offering evacuation, and loudspeakers are blaring calls.
