Almost all houses are under water: Hola Prystan in the Kherson region is flooding, and the Russians are not letting people out of the city. This is what the locals tell us. The invaders have set up roadblocks that do not allow locals to leave the city.

The town of Hola Prystan is being submerged due to the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station. The water level is steadily rising, Censor.NET reports.
