Regional Duma deputy Aleksandr Yankovich posted a video in which a child was solemnly handed a military ID card and a chevron by an ’Aimak’, while child’s mother forced boy to say: "I want to go to army, to 98th regiment, I will serve faithfully".

The corresponding video was published on the Butusov Plus Telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.
