On the night of 15 December, a concrete plant and the Port City shopping and entertainment center caught fire in occupied Mariupol. Before the fire, explosions were heard in both places.

This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko, Censor.NET reports.

"The first video with migrants is the same 'concrete plant'. This is the first hit. The second is the area behind Port City, where the occupiers deployed military equipment and air defense systems. Second hit," he wrote.

Andriushchenko clarified that there were two explosions in two different places.

"That is why there is a lot of confusion about the place and the consequences. And the consequences are good," the mayor's adviser wrote.
