A video has been posted online in which an alleged resident of the town of Sudzha in the Kursk region talks about the situation in the town and swears obscenely at the Russian military.

As Censor.NET reports, according to the Russian, it was the Russian military that caused significant damage to the city. The shelling stopped only after the Russian troops withdrew in the direction of Kursk.
