A video has been posted online in which a Russian volunteer from Perm talking about the large number of '300s' in the hospital there and asking for help in raising money for crutches for the wounded 'heroes of smo'.

According to Censor.NET, the Russian woman in the footage is wearing a large kokoshnik on her head and smiling happily.
