A video has been posted online showing a Russian man from Ulan-Ude wearing a Russian army uniform trying to send greetings in Russian to his relatives and countrymen.

According to Censor.NET, the resident of Buryatia also talks about the sad prospects of Western countries and the future victory of Russia.
