In his video address, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that energy resources, and oil in particular, are one of the most important keys to peace and real security.
According to Censor.NET, the video was published on the President's Telegram channel.
"We are coordinating our international work, and today we had relevant meetings, first of all with the United States of America and our European partners. Peace through strength is possible, we are absolutely sure of that. The main thing is to keep up the momentum and put pressure. To put pressure on Russia, on the only entity that wants this war, that is to blame for this war. It is Russia that is trying to prolong the aggression and occupation.
Of course, energy resources, and specifically oil, are one of the most important keys to peace and real security. And Europe needs to work more with America and other partners in the world, not with Russia, on energy resources. We are preparing our diplomacy, our international communication to guarantee a strong position not only for Ukraine, but for our entire Europe.
I thank everyone who is helping us! I thank each and every one who is fighting for Ukraine: Donetsk, Kharkiv, the South and Kursk regions - wherever it is needed for the sake of the interests and independence of our country," Zelenskyy stressed.
