In his evening video address, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the NSDC meeting held on 12 February.

According to Censor.NET, the video was published in a telegram of the head of state.

"I have just held a meeting of the National Security and Defence Council - the decision has been made and will be published tomorrow. We are defending our country and restoring justice: everyone who destroyed Ukraine's national security and helped Russia must be held accountable. The billions that have been earned by selling Ukraine, Ukrainian interests and Ukrainian security must be blocked and used to protect Ukraine and Ukrainians. And this will happen. Be sure," Zelenskyy said.
