The 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Charter" released a film about the battles for Lyptsi in Kharkiv region.

In May 2024, the enemy invaded the Kharkiv region for the second time. The village of Liptsi, 10 kilometres from the Russian border, again became the key to the Russian offensive. The Russians tried to break through to Lyptsi and gain a foothold there to open the way to Kharkiv. Fighters of the Charter and allied units pushed the Russians back kilometres from Lyptsi and continue to advance.
