In the Siversk direction, Russian troops made another attempt to break through using armoured vehicles, but the Defence Forces successfully repelled the attack. As a result of the battle, 14 AFVs, 1 tank, 3 lightly armoured vehicles, 3 buggies and 2 ATVs were destroyed. Another 16 AFVs and 2 tanks were damaged.

Soldiers of the 30th and 54th separate mechanised brigades, as well as fighters of the 81st separate air assault brigade, distinguished themselves in defence, Censor.NET reports.

The occupiers' losses in manpower amounted to 159 servicemen. Thanks to the effective actions of Ukrainian defenders, a total of 33 units of enemy armoured vehicles were destroyed or damaged.
