All Russian promises end with missiles. For them, diplomacy is empty word – Zelenskyy. VIDEO

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy 's address to Ukrainians at the end of the 1136th day of the war with Russia.

The corresponding video was published by the presidential press service, Censor.NET reports.

Rescue operations are currently underway in Kryvyi Rih following a Russian missile strike. Preliminary reports indicate it was a ballistic missile. As of now, 14 people have been confirmed dead, including six children. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Many people have been injured, and homes have been damaged. The missile struck right next to residential buildings — a playground, regular city streets. These are not humans. They are savages, scumbags  — all those capable of doing such a thing. There are no words decent enough to describe these Russian bastards.

Today in Kharkiv, rescue efforts continued throughout the day following a Russian drone strike — a deliberate attack involving six Shahed drones. Unfortunately, five people were killed, and 34 injured. In total, just last night, there were 78 strike drones launched, including 56 Shaheds.

Also today in Kherson, another targeted strike — this time by a Russian FPV drone — hit a critical energy facility: the Kherson Thermal Power Plant. These strikes are not accidents. The Russians know exactly what they're targeting. Such infrastructure must be protected from attacks under the commitments Russia made to the United States.*

All Russian promises end up with missiles and drones, bombs or artillery. Diplomacy is an empty word for them. And that is why we need pressure - enough pressure on Russia to make them feel the consequences of every deception, every strike, every day they take lives and prolong the war. A ceasefire could have already been reached, and it is Putin who rejects it, it is Moscow who has not agreed to a ceasefire since 11 March, and it is they in Russia who need a war, and it is obvious that Russia cannot be forced to peace by talking or waiting.

We are counting on America, Europe, and other partners - we are counting on their ability to put pressure on the only cause of the war, namely, the Russian desire to destroy and kill," Zelenskyy said.
