Ukrainian defenders in the temporarily occupied Kherson region destroyed two electronic warfare systems of the Russian invaders.
This was reported by the Southern Defence Forces, Censor.NET reports.
On April 14, near the village of Novokamyanske (occupied Kherson region), the positions of two Borisoglebsk-2 electronic warfare systems were detected.
The Borisoglebsk-2 is a Russian automated electronic warfare (EW) system capable of carrying out up to 30 combat tasks simultaneously.
Its primary function is to detect and jam various communication channels and other radio signal–based systems. These include tactical-level communication and command systems — including satellite communications — as well as radio navigation systems.
