Russian regiment eliminated in Lyman direction. VIDEO
The Third Army Corps and the DIU of the Ministry of Defence conducted a joint assault in the Lyman direction, eliminating a regiment of the Russian Federation army and improving the tactical position of Ukrainian forces.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Telegram channel of the DIU of the Ministry of Defence.
During the cooperation, a regiment of the Russian army was eliminated and a significant number of occupiers were taken prisoner. The actions of the Ukrainian military deprive the enemy of the ability to manoeuvre and create the conditions for further decisions in the direction.
"Together with the DIU, we have achieved an operational-tactical result in the Lyman direction. This is a continuation of the tradition dating back to the liberation of Moshchun and the breakthrough of helicopters to Mariupol - to lend each other a brotherly shoulder. I am grateful for the exemplary cooperation," said the commander of the Third Army Corps, General Andrii Biletskyi.
"This is primarily the merit of the fighters and combat commanders who find solutions to any task," added Viktor Torkotiuk, commander of the DIU's special forces unit "ARTAN."
