Defence forces destroyed Russian equipment near Pokrovsk: air defence systems, tanks and armoured vehicles were destroyed. VIDEO
The Lazar special unit of the Ukrainian National Guard demonstrated high efficiency during a strike on a concentration of enemy armoured vehicles in Donetsk Oblast.
According to Censor.NET, heavy strike drones of the "Vampire" type inflicted devastating damage on enemy equipment near Pokrovsk.
The operation was made possible thanks to the coordinated work of the 7th Assault Reconnaissance Corps of the Airborne Forces, aerial reconnaissance of the 414th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems "Ptakhy Madyara", the Air Assault Forces Group, and the unified coordination centre of the 425th OSP "Skelya".
According to available information, Russian troops planned to use this equipment for assault operations in the Pokrovsk direction.
As a result of the fire damage, the strike aircraft of the Lasar's Group destroyed:
- 1 9K33 Osa (SA-8) anti-aircraft missile system;
- 2 tanks;
- 1 armoured combat vehicle;
- 1 military vehicle with ammunition.
In addition, the Lasar's Group units also destroyed:
- 5 tanks;
- 6 armoured fighting vehicles;
- 2 military vehicles;
- 4 light vehicles.
The fighters shared footage of their combat operations on social media.
