US detained another sanctioned tanker in Indian Ocean. VIDEO
The US military detained the tanker Veronica III in the Indian Ocean for violating sanctions imposed by the US administration .
The Pentagon announced this on social media, according to Censor.NET.

"During the night, US forces conducted a maritime blockade, interception and boarding of the Veronica III in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility without incident," the statement said.
The military tracked the ship from the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean, closed the distance and stopped it.
"International waters are not a sanctuary. By land, air or sea, we will find you and bring you to justice," the US Department of Defence added.
What preceded it
This is not the first time the US has detained sanctioned tankers. On 9 February, it was reported thatthe United States had intercepted the tanker Aquila II in the Indian Ocean. The vessel was in violation of sanctions.
