Soldiers of 426th Regiment struck enemy’s "Strela-10" air defence system with "Leleka" and "Bulava" drones over 90 km from front line. VIDEO

Soldiers from the 426th Separate Unmanned Systems Regiment successfully struck a Russian "Strela-10" anti-aicraft missile system more than 90 kilometres from the front line.

According to Censor.NET, the target was detected during aerial reconnaissance, after which a precision strike was delivered by a strike drone.

Ukrainian defenders have once again demonstrated the effective coordination of reconnaissance and strike UAVs, destroying key elements of the enemy’s air defence even deep behind enemy lines.

The "Leleka LR" drone

The Leleka LR reconnaissance drone detected the enemy system and transmitted precise coordinates for the strike.

This UAV was developed by the Ukrainian company DeViRo and is designed to operate in conditions of active electronic warfare countermeasures.

It is equipped with a gyro-stabilised optoelectronic module capable of day and night surveillance, including a thermal imaging channel.

The drone has a range of up to 90 km, a flight duration of up to 4 hours, and can effectively interact with artillery and missile systems, ensuring precise targeting.

The "Bulava" drone

The Russian air defence system was destroyed by the Ukrainian "Bulava" kamikaze drone.

This unmanned aerial vehicle can be deployed both day and night, has enhanced resistance to enemy electronic warfare measures, and is equipped with a machine vision system for automatic target detection and tracking.

The "Bulava" has already demonstrated high effectiveness in combat, enabling the destruction of key enemy targets at a considerable distance from the front line.
