Ukrainian paratroopers have halted an attempt by Russian forces to break through in the Sumy region, destroying a column of assault troops on quad bikes.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by soldiers of the 80th Separate Galician Airborne Assault Brigade.
According to their reports, Russian troops attempted to reach Ukrainian positions using five quad bikes and taking cover in the fog and poor weather conditions.
How the assault was repelled
The brigade noted that the enemy’s movements were detected in time by aerial reconnaissance, after which the column was struck using drones and artillery.
As a result of the attack, Ukrainian forces destroyed five quad bikes and eliminated seven occupiers.
