The 79th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the 7th Corps of Airborne Assault Forces has released rare footage of fighting in the Oleksandrivka sector.
This was reported by Censor.NET, citing the press centre of the 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces.
The situation in the Oleksandrivka sector
As noted, the 79th Airborne Brigade of the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces is engaging the enemy in the Oleksandrivka sector, where the Defence Forces are conducting offensive operations.
"In the brigade’s area of responsibility, the enemy is unsuccessfully attempting to operate in small infantry groups. Due to the activity of our paratroopers, the enemy faces logistical difficulties in reaching its forward positions – so supplies are mainly delivered by drones," the statement reads.
Elimination of Russian forces
In total, the 79th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the 7th Corps of Airborne Assault Forces, whilst carrying out combat missions in the Oleksandrivka sector, eliminated and put out of action nearly half a thousand Russians. The enemy lost an entire battalion, whilst failing to replenish its losses.
