Ukrainian ground robot operator rescued another UGV that had got stuck on its route: "I was following route and saw another UGV standing on end". VIDEO
Unusual footage has been published online showing Ukrainian ground-based robotic systems assisting one another whilst carrying out a combat mission.
According to Censor.NET, the operator of one of the robotic ground complexes, whilst travelling along a designated route, spotted another ‘metal comrade’ that had become stuck and was unable to continue on its own.
According to the soldier, the incident occurred whilst the unit was carrying out its mission.
"I was travelling along the route and saw another UGV standing on end," the soldier added in the caption to the video.
Rather than leaving the robot to its own devices, the operator gently nudged it with his own UGV, helping it return to its working position and continue moving towards the Defence Forces’ positions.
The footage demonstrates once again that on the modern battlefield, mutual assistance operates not only between people, but also between their robotic assistants.
