Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe demonstrated the evidence of Russia's participation in the conflict in Donbas to the PACE members.

"At today's PACE meeting, our delegation informed the European partners on the facts of the Russian Federation's direct involvement in the war against Ukraine in the Donbas. The presentation made by the international group of investigators InformNapalm was used as evidence," she wrote.
