The rally on the occasion of the third anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity is held on Kyiv’s Maidan Nezalezhnosti on Monday, Nov. 21.

The security in downtown Kyiv has been stepped up: metal detector archways were installed and 6,000 law enforcers were involved to maintain order in the Ukrainian capital.
Ukraine's Dignity and Freedom Day is celebrated every year on Nov. 21 (in accordance with a presidential decree of Nov. 13, 2014).
It was on Nov. 21, 2013, that the mass protests started in Kyiv on Nezalezhnosti Square in support of the European integration of Ukraine, later named Euromaidan.
