Bulgarian government approved decision to transfer 100 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine

The Bulgarian government approved the draft agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the provision of a batch of armored personnel carriers. Negotiations with the Ukrainian side on concluding an agreement are planned, "subject to its further ratification."
As Censor.NET reports, "European Pravda" received the relevant decision.
The decision of the Bulgarian government provides that the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country, Kalin Stoyanov, is authorized to conduct negotiations with the Ukrainian side on the conclusion of the agreement, "subject to its further ratification."
In addition, the agreement on the transfer of armored personnel carriers to Ukraine will be temporarily applied "from the date of signing until its entry into force." This means that the transfer itself can begin even before the ratification of the agreement in the Bulgarian parliament.
