Parliament Adopted the Bill on Sanctions Against Russia in First Reading
The Verkhovna Rada passed the bill imposing sanctions against Russia in the first reading.
Censor.NET reports this citing Ukrinform.
It was voted by 243 MPs. The Party of Regions did not give a single vote for the law.
At the same time a decision to send the document for rework and revision in the second reading, Verkhovna Rada Chairman Alexander Turchinov said.
Prime Minister Yatsenyuk offers to vote on the whole bill at 04.00 pm.
