Kubiv announces holding of 2020 census via smartphone

Censor.NET reports citing First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv post on Facebook.

"We have been preparing for this method for several years already, although it implies some difficulties," Kubiv wrote.

In his column on LIGA.net, he adds that technology will be tested in 2019.
