Volker warns Ukraine leader against settling political scores

As prosecutors issued Mr Poroshenko a notice of suspicion, Kurt Volker, the former US special envoy to Ukraine, tweeted: "With everyone guilty of something, the choice of whom to prosecute is a political decision. A better decision: build national unity in face of Russian aggression in Donbas and Crimea, as Zelensky said in [an] Aug 24 [Independence Day] speech."
