Merkel doesn't rule out new sanctions against Russia - German newspaper

German Chancellor Angela Merkel believes it is possible that new restrictive measures are implemented against Russia.

This was announced Friday by the German newspaper Zeit, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

According to Merkel, expanding of sanctions against Russia can happen if certain articles of the Minsk agreement are not complied with.
