Former head of the Ministry of Defense Vasyl Burba revealed the details of receiving instructions to postpone a special operation to detain Wagner PMC.

At this time, according to him, the special operation has already reached the final stage.

"I was instructed to postpone the final stage. I did not just receive instruction, I received the answer that it was an instruction of the president. The intelligence officer explained that he was unable to visit the president himself, so he was forced to listen to the head of his office.
