At this time, according to him, the special operation has already reached the final stage.
"I was instructed to postpone the final stage. I did not just receive instruction, I received the answer that it was an instruction of the president. That is, the person who was delegated was present before (Andriy Yermak. - Ed.), Said that it was a team President. ... There was no written order," Burba added.
The intelligence officer explained that he was unable to visit the president himself, so he was forced to listen to the head of his office.
