Slovakia and Czech Republic are ready to transfer Leopard tanks to Ukraine, - FAZ

Slovakia and the Czech Republic support the idea of supplying Ukraine with German-made Leopard 2 tanks.
As Censor.NET reports, the German publication Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reports this with reference to sources in diplomatic circles.
The publication notes that earlier these countries delivered dozens of their own Soviet-style battle tanks to Kyiv.
As part of the so-called "ring exchange", Germany agreed to replace them with a smaller number of refurbished Leopard 2A4s.
"At today's conference in Ramstein, both countries can offer to abandon further supplies and send tanks to Ukraine for the time being. In total, we are talking about 30 Leopard tanks, which were bought and stored by the industry after being written off from warehouses in Switzerland and Germany," FAZ notes.
