Explosion rang out in Dnipro district of Kyiv (updated)

An explosion rang out in Kyiv, citizens are urged to stay in shelters.

Mayor Vitalii Klitschko announced this, Censor.NET reports.

"Explosion in Kyiv! Be in shelters!" - said the head of the city.

Klitschko added that the explosion occurred in the Dnipro district of Kyiv.

"All services are on the spot. Details later," he noted.
