Russians hit critical infrastructure of Kharkiv, - Mayor Terekhov

Today, the Russian occupiers struck the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv.

Mayor Ihor Terekhov announced this, Censor.NET reports.

"Around 10:00 a.m., another blow to the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv. Today there may be interruptions with electricity and other communal services," the message says.
