Russian troops continue to storm the Vuhledar direction, but suffer very heavy losses, in particular in armored vehicles: just last week, the Defense Forces eliminated 130 units of enemy vehicles.
This was stated by the spokesman of the joint press center of the Defense Forces of the Tavria direction, Colonel Oleksii Dmytrashkivsky, Censor.NET informs with reference to "UP".
"During two weeks of the so-called "great offensive", the Russian army lost quite a large amount of equipment in the Vuhledar direction.
Only last week, 130 units were destroyed, of which 36 were tanks. This is a battalion," he said.
With regard to photos and videos of the destruction of a convoy of military equipment in this direction, published earlier on social networks, Dmytrashkivskyi explained that there were days when the enemy lost 15 to 20 pieces of equipment.
Separately, the spokesperson of the press center of the Defense Forces of the Tavria direction noted the work of the missile and artillery units, which deliver powerful blows to the positions of the occupiers every day.
So, last week, the "Pion" unit (caliber 155 mm) was disabled - 1 - completely destroyed, and 4 units beyond repair.
Russian invaders suffer significant losses. Thus, the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Federation was almost completely destroyed.
Its remnants revolted, in particular, because of extra-statutory relations, money extortion. Russian soldiers, in particular, are collecting money for "helping fallen comrades", although it is worth noting that most of the dead Russians simply leave them on the battlefield, the colonel emphasized.
At the same time, according to Dmytrashkivsky, "Ukraliznytsia" has allocated 20 refrigerators, which are supposed to deliver the bodies of the dead occupiers to the border with the Russian Federation.
According to Dmitrashkivsky, near Vuhledar, the enemy uses the so-called "Zhukov tactics" - an attack in waves, when a platoon of up to 30 people is advanced with the support of armored vehicles, who go head-on across open terrain, and, accordingly, die.
The colonel also noted that a large number of the enemy had surrendered: in particular, Wagner soldiers and marines of the 40th and 155th brigades.
From the reports of the prisoners, it became known that during the recruitment of these subdivisions, the training and preparedness of the personnel was not taken into account. For example, ordinary sailors fight in the 155th brigade of marines.
