Finland announces new military aid to Ukraine

Finland is preparing a new military aid package for Ukraine. This will be the 13th package, but it is not yet known what it will include.
This is stated by Censor.NЕТ with reference to the announcment of Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto.
"Finland has not yet made a final decision on the supply of Leopard tanks to Ukraine," Haavisto said in a statement.
According to him, intensive discussions are currently underway to send heavy equipment to Ukraine.
"The Finnish government has not yet made a final decision on the supply of Leopard tanks, this issue will be actively discussed by the Finnish authorities. One way or another, we will be part of this initiative, so we are constantly maintaining a dialogue with Germany, Poland and other countries," the Minister said.
Earlier, Finnish Defense Minister Mikko Savola said that Finland would participate in the supply of tanks to Ukraine, but that this contribution would be small. His country is also ready to participate in training Ukrainian soldiers in tank management and maintenance.
