NATO should have helped Ukraine more before invasion of Russian Federation, - Stoltenberg

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said the alliance should have helped Ukraine more before Russia launched a full-scale invasion in February 2022.
As Censor.NET reports, he announced this in Brussels.
"I believe that one of the lessons we have already learned from the war in Ukraine is the importance of supporting partners sooner rather than later," he said.
According to Stoltenberg, it was important to support Ukraine before the invasion.
"The war did not start in February last year. The war started in 2014. And since 2014, NATO allies have been providing support to Ukraine with training and equipment, so the Ukrainian Armed Forces were much stronger in 2022 than in 2020 and 2014," added the Secretary General of the Alliance.
